T8-S openelec

I understand that an update to my T8-S openelec may be available shortly? Notwithstanding that, what is the release I should currently have installed( I bought the box last December)?

There was a t8 s update last April. Did not update openelec which should still be Kodi 15.2 version.
On no account apply the recent t8s plus update
You can find the April update if you scan back through the Droidbox blog.

Last update for T8-S was released in April 2016 but currently there is no update available for T8-S and if there will any future update for T8-S then DBX will definitely inform you about an update.

I note you say "if there will by any future update" not when!!!! Do I take it there are no plans to upgrade a top of your range box I bought less than a year ago? If that is the case I feel I've been conned into buying what is my second Droidbox and will buy elsewhere and let the web know.

As I understand droidBOX have just done an update for the T8-S plus and I'm sure the T8-S will be in there plans. Just need to be patient as these have to be tested before any official release.
