T8 problem it wont turn on

Hey guys i got a problem with my android tv box yesterday suddenly the device wont turn on when i press the start button it lights up in blue but it wont show anything on the screen and the brightness decrease after 5sec besides when it was working fine an ''ON" word comes after i press the button on the led status screen which is found on the box then a boot up comes after the on . What could be the problem ? A lack of intensity or is the device fried / dead ?

i haven't order from your store i bought it from another retailer i want to know what's the exact problem i'm facing here

My advice is to contact the retailer you bought the box off.

But you might try this as well in case it is a screensaver timeout issue

1. Go to settings, then display
2. Change the time out setting to your preference
3. Press the back button to save changes
4. Sit back and relax

You'll be able to get a more accurate response from the person you purchased it from, but it could be a faulty power supply, or a fault on the device's circuit board.
