T8- no letter option on remote.

I have my friends T8 box to try and update it but can't put my WiFi code in with remote cause it only shows numbers but no letters. Help! Any way of entering it without a mouse or keyboard?

Hi, Use the cursor button on your remote to navigate, if no on screen keyboard comes up take a look at this video to see how to enable it.
