t8 mini reboots

ive had a t8 mini for just under a week, it has rebooted on its own twice in the last 2 days. once when watching a netflix stream and once when idling on a netflix menu page. any help?

Hi

Can you please check if error occurs on some other app or just by being idle on the home screen?
Can you please tell how much time does it pass until box goes into reboot,can you check if it is heating up?
It would help to clear data on your netflix app and/or perform factory reset if update was done but factory reset was not followed by it.

It was different amounts of time both times. First time I assumed it was overheating as it was quite hot on the underside. The second time I had it elevated and it definitely wasn't overheating. I'll try clearing the Netflix data and see what happens with other apps. I've only been using Netflix and YouTube so far.

Over heating???? Ive never encountered this at all on mine. I do check regular and its always cool to the touch.

Seems like it could be a netfix app thing. Haven't had the same problem with any other app. Cleared the data on Netflix and it hasn't happened again yet. A case of wait and see now. I've noticed sometimes it warms up slightly and sometimes stays cool.
