I have the T8 Mini and when I turned it on this morning, I have no video signal.
The power light comes on as usual but no picture. When I plug in the power cord, the power light goes RED and then I press the power button and it goes GREEN as normal.
I've tried on two TVs and I also tried two HDMI cables to eliminate those.
I've also tried holding down the Reset button and powering on and still nothing.
Any thoughts?

Had the device recently updated? Are the two TVs in the same range (from the same manufacturer)?
If the two TVs are similar, try again with a monitor or a different TV. If you can then see the image on screen... Settings>Display>Screen Resolution>turn off the Auto switch option, flick to 720p at 50 or 60Hz, return to the homescreen, shut down, reconnect to the original TV.

If that doesn't help, email us please with your order ID and we'll look into other possibilities.

One is a Samsung 24” TV/Monitor 720p screen.
One is my 55” LG SmartTV 1080p.

The box worked on both these TV’s previously.

I had not performed any software upgrades recently, but I hadn’t powered the DroidBox up for a while either.
