T8 freezing mid movie

While watching movies the picture can freeze at anytime, then screen goes black . Have to go back to home screen and reboot.
Done the usual clear cache, factory reset. I use Unblockr and have tried factory reset and not installing that, but still get the freezing problem.
I use Kodi on other devices such as tablet and Android phone with no issues.
Any suggestions ?

In order to properly reset Kodi clearing data needs to be done.Now factory reset did had the same effect,but instead of 1 app it cleared the whole box.
What i can recommend you is to run up to date Kodi that you can download either from the Google Play store or DroidBOX market.
Also make sure to run OTA updater app in order to check if your box is up to date.
Regarding chopping video,best way to test Kodi is with offline media playback right when you do clear data.On that way default Kodi state would be tested and you will know if additional 3rd party services inside Kodi makes the problem.
