Is there a red LED when the power is plugged in but not switched on? If there is not then the issue is with the power supply or the device itself is faulty and not getting power. You can try a different power supply to see if that works.

If there is a red LED, it should turn blue when switched on. Try pressing the power button on your remote as the issue may be with the power switch on the device.

If the LED turns blue after switching on, but nothing is showing on the screen. You can try a factory reset by following the guide at https://droidbox.co.uk/how-to/accessing-your-droidboxs-recovery-menu/. If this does not work, you can try reflashing the device following the guide at https://www.droidboxforums.com/threads/t8-se-firmware-links.12538/ which in most cases should resolve the issue.

It may be the storage is faulty. Are you 100% sure it is a T8-S Plus v1? Check the label on the bottom of the device, it should say "T8-S Plus" near the top.
