Hi all I'm new to this I'm looking for a source for kodi plz my box has factory reset and I can't seem to get kodi back

You can get kodi from google play. Also droidbox version from the blog page.
It may still be around on the box though you should look for the apk using a file manager app then reinstall it.

Brilliant I've finally got it to work following these points
I have two of these boxes 1 upstairs 1 down is there anyway I can boost the signal from my wifi to the 1 upstairs

I use wireless extenders to boost the signal in parts of the house where the wifi signal is weak. You can also get those plug devices that use the electric ring circuit as effectively a copper network.

The one upstairs is an mxq
Downstairs is a media revolution
The one downstairs is running off the ethernet cable

Have a check in the Settings for your Media Revolution, head to the Networking/More Networks/Other sort of area. See if there is a Hotspot feature you can turn on there. If it works, you may find the one upstairs has a better signal using that network. Obviously this relies on the ethernet cable connected Media Revolution being turned on and having a reliable internet feed.
