Sound but no picture

Hi All,

I've recently updated my android box to the new add-on TheBlackBox. However when I'm trying to watch TV/Shows/Movies, when i load up a stream the sound plays in the background but there is no picture? The stream links stays on the stream but I can hear the sound in the background?

I'm pretty new to all this.. Can somebody help me please?

You don't say what type of android box you have. Also I have no idea what the Black Box is. However, the following advice has been offered previously on this forum for people who have had a similar problem:

If Kodi doesn't show video, head to System>Video and then tap on Settings level until is shows Advanced or Expert. select the Acceleration entry, and try turning off/on the various acceleration methods listed there. Failing that, see if you can contact the addon developer for advice.

if you're taking about the black box wizard m8 its ok but you get a lot more addons with wookie, just a personal opinion tho, ive tried loads of different wizards but always go back to wookie
