Sony tv and droid box T8-S Plus

hi completly new to this but I cannot get my droid box to connect to a Sony Bravia tv?? (KDL 40S3000)
Have other devises sky box had DVD player all hdmi, have tried didn't cables ports etc but box will not show anywhere aaarrrr help

Hello Pat, Can you try using different TV and see if it shows up the display or try using a computer monitor that will also work.
Once it shows up the display change the display settings from auto to manual and set it to 720p and again connect to your Bravia and see how it works.

If you've not yet had a chance to try on another TV, the steps required once working on that telly are covered at https://droidbox.co.uk/how-to/screen-squashed-or-stretched , you'll want the version at the end with your T8-S Plus. At the very end, after selecting a 720p mode (your television has a resolution of 1366 X 768, I think it isn't requesting a 720p signal from the DroidBOX currently), you can then power down and reconnect to your Sony.
