I have no idea what happened. Three days old, and it is stuck on a screen amlogic h265 quad core a9 etc etc. Instructions are useless and all I want to do is watch a movie! Help!
Sounds like you are stuck on a "systems - hardware" description page. If kodi has frozen, press the home key on your remote to return to the android home screen. Shut down and restart kodi (like you would do on any android device). Restart kodi and see what happens. Report back here with any problems.
not sure if im reading right but i think its stuck on the loading screen going in to android, i would disconect all power then try again, failing that it may need a factory reset
