Snes roms not full screen ?

Hiya my snes roms are not full screen and when I use menu and change it makes the sound go all weird and crackly any help also how do u install emulators ?

Which device model do you have that you want to install emulators onto?

I have the rs 97 plus v2

There may be an option in the settings to change the aspect ratio (it should be start + select to enter the menu). It's been a long time since I've used the RS-97 models though, so I could be incorrect.
