sleep timer

Does anyone know of a way to incorporate a sleep timer on droidbox?

Fell asleep last night and used 70gig by the time I got home today as it just kept playing. Episode after episode

Unlimited internet is a must

Maybe an app like this or something similar will do the trick

If you're using XBMC at the time, you can go to System>System>Power Saving and set up a timer for XBMC to shut down.
You may need to use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.deviation6.sleeptimer&hl=en if you do try that app, as it is apparently designed for Honeycomb and up, presumably the other one is for Gingerbread and older.
