hi all,

Although fairly new to using the droid box and Kodi I am pretty okay with how it works but I am struggling with certain elements and certain sites.

For example exodus etc works just fine as do most but if I choose a sub section of 'movies' such as 'release hub' it lists a load of films but when I choose one all I get is '2ddl search is down, m4u is down etc etc'

I realise they may go offline now and again but this seems to never change!?

Also I choose a film listed in exodus via 'torba' called 'don't speak' and although there are 3 sources it tells me for a couple of days 'no file' and a lot of the auto update files that pop up everyday say 'failed'

Anyone help? Ps my isp is set to allow

What version of kodi are you running...make sure you are up to date and if you are still having problems try a fresh start. Go to android setting and apps and force stop and clear data. Let it finish and then go and try again.

Just one more thing sorry. Did you mean latest version of wookie? Or Kodi? My box says there is a 16.2 (I think) but I don't have that. Don't know how to update it!

Doing the suggested clear out as you wrote above hasn't stopped the errors when updating

Exodus was updated yesterday, just check and see if you have the exodus repository (its in the fusion source if needed) also the latest version of urlresolver is needed. Nothing updating sounds like a urlresolver issue. Just tried exodus now 18.30pm and torba links have issues but gvideo work.

I am aware that kodi has had a DDOS (Distributed Denial Of Service) attack a couple of days ago, so certain addons in kodi might be off line for a bit until they can get there servers back up and running. I haven`t noticed any problems in kodi, but thats not to say there not tthere. If this is related to your problem, give it a few days and all should be back up and running. Thought is was worth mentioning this.

Uk turks was the last of the addons down through the servers being attacked a few days ago, these attacks are becoming more common of late.

Regarding updating to the latest version of Kodi, you may find there is an update available for your device (which model do you have?). If you see an OTA Updates or OTA Updater application when you open the big alphabetical list of all of them, give that a try (you may need to backup any important files/downloads first).
If that doesn't help, try Google's Play Store and search for Kodi. If it won't let you update, try uninstalling your current Kodi installation first. Exact instructions will depend on the model you have.

Hi. I am running 15.2. Getting so many problems with add ons. Just won't load content or can't find links.
I've changed my firewall settings as previously advised.

Any advice would be great fully appreciated
