Screen switching on and off

Everything was working great. Don't ask me why I did it but I selected the switch resolution
In the advanced menu now the screen flickers off every few seconds. When I go into screen menu and select the manual resolution to 560p it stops but in that resolution its unwatchable. Any ideas?

If your tv is hd, select the auto detect option and see if that fixes the problem.
