Screen issue on rg350

Brought the rg350 a few days ago, everything was running ok. But since a day or so the screen has become pixelated and the colour has seems distorted. Has anyone had similar issues or if there a fix?

If you purchased it from us, could you please email [email protected] with your order number and if possible a photo of the screen. We can set up a return to inspect it.

I sent and email yesterday with pics, but not the screen seems to be flickering as though maybe there is an issue with the connections.
