Hello, I'm brand new with this. Just purchased T8 mini and I keep getting pop up "Please enter at least eight key". So I tried to start a quick support session and nothing happens.
Quick support says "Ready to connect" showing my ID. I clicked "Send my ID" And it gives me 5 options :
Send Via Bluetooth, Es save to, Officesuite Wi-fi Direct, Send by LAN and Skype. I'm connected to Ethernet to I selected send Via LAN. Nothing happens.
Please Help
