Is it possible to go back to the previous firmware once you have installed the new one?

Every Kodi add-on is running like a snail since i installed :-/

Specifically moving around the addons UI's

I've tried a factory reset with no joy and TBH I'm not very happy :-(

The kids Chinese box is running great!

Kodi 17 does seem to be slower than Kodi 16.1 for navigating around add-ons. I've encountered this on non-DroidBOX devices as well (Sony 4K Android TV for the record).

Thanks Chris but after the 3rd factory reset all seems to be well with your version of Kodi.

17 though as you say is super slow, almost unusable TBH. It looks nice but i think its just too much for android.
