Hi,

Can any help of point me in direction of a forum thread.

My wireless keyboard is no longer working with X7 ultimate. The third led from left hand side just constantly flashes yellow. Checked receiver in box and it's fine. Remote fully charged.

Is there any way to do a master reset or something? Using the small remote in mean time but very frustrating and want keyboard back!!

Try this and see if it works or simply unplug everything, take the usb dongle thing out. Switch everything back on and replace the dongle.

Using a Droidbox T8 S Plus and after 7 months use the Droidbox i8 wireless mini touchpad keyboard
with backlighting is completely unresponsive,in fact it seems dead,no lights working,nothing,it is the same
if i plug it wired to the Droidbox by the USB port,it works for a while,then is unresponsive,any help would be
appreciated,hope i do not have to buy a replacement,as it should be working correctly even after 7 months.

Have you tried emailing droidbox with purchase details, to see if they can shed some light on this.
