So I made a mistake upgrading firmware. I used Rg350 firmware on a Rg350M unit. and now the unit won't turn off after the firmware update process. The power light is green and the screen is on even though it is black. Is there another way to force the unit to shutdown?

The only way to force the device to power down would be to open it and disconnect the battery. However, this would invalidate your warranty (as well as risk further damage to your device), so we do not suggest doing this.
For the moment, all you can do is wait for it to discharge naturally.

Please note that the RG350 and RG350M have different firmware. We have a guide and link to the RG350M's firmware here: https://droidbox.co.uk/how-to/how-to-reinstall-the-rg350m-firmware/?hilite='RG350M'
