Hi there,

Got my RG350 today with the bundled 64gb sd card. I can see that it is formatted to FAT32 and can see the directories and games on it when plugged into my Mac.
When it's in the RD350 however, I cannot see it in DinguxCmdr or get to it when trying to set the folder for the emulators using the Select button.
I've also formatted another sd card (SanDisk Ultra 64gb) to FAT32 and copied over some directories and files rom/nes, rom/snes. They also show up as expected on my Mac, but don't show when on the RG350.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any guidance appreciated.
Thanks, Al H.

Hi Dave,
Many thanks for responding. I've followed those instructions and still see no 'sdcard'.
I've uploaded some screenshots that might help.
One is what my Mac sees of the supplied card that came with the unit.
The other is the closest I can get to match the instructions about navigating to the external card on the RG350.
The 3rd is what DinguxCmdr sees at the root.

regards,
Al H

To confirm, the card is inserted fully. The contacts side should be facing you if you are looking at the screen. It should click into place when pushed in. Also could you check in the card slot to see if there is any debris inside.

If that is not resolving the issue, could you email [email protected] with your order number and a link to this forum post. We will set up a return to inspect it, we are thinking that the card slot may be faulty.

Hi Dave,
Card in right way, contacts facing up and card locks into place when pushed in. I cannot see any debris in the card slot.
Will email support now.
Thanks,
Al H

Hi Alasdair, I ended up sending the unit back. It was a faulty card reader on my unit. The replacement unit works spot on. Hope they can sort you out quickly.

Try using different SD cards. If none of them work when formatted to fat32, it's likely a faulty card reader.

You can also attempt a firmware reflash as a last-ditch resort. We have a guide for it here: https://droix.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360010449277
