Can some tell me please why T8-S plus restarting every time I turned on after one minute... I already asked before but none help me and it was stopped for while but back again after I did factory reset?

HI Im having same proplem not sure what to do ,,, yes i perform wipe data/factory reset from recovery started restarting right after it also looses net conection , box is hard wired when it reboots or restarts it looses the conection but if i remove ethernet it will find connection but looses it everytime it reboots ive t8 version 1 any help please

I also have the same problem as Jeffr. I can't find my order ID as I was one of the first to get this model. If you have tried that method Jeffr will let me know if it worked so I can give it a go

Hi Tom ok update Tom i fixed mine if you use live chat igor was very nice he gave me my order number and link to right firmware i used a sd card and that link i posted above it took some time but was not very hard ,, id sujest you use live chat its important that you use right firmware my box is t8 version 1 hope this helps

Thanks for the advice. I'll get on to it soon. Think in the meantime I'm just going to leave it on all the time. Heard it does no harm

More problems. Just turned my T8-S v 1 on and now not only does it reboot with no network but all that comes on is the dreaded blue island. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for all your help. I done a complete factory reset not keeping any settings or backups. Busy rebuilding and so far no problems. Running like a new box
