Re-install Windows on X400- New SSD

I'm struggling to setup windows on new SSD. I have a recovery USB, but after running the recovery, the X400 is not booting using the new SSD.
Is there a trick to get a new SSD drive to boot the OS?

Is the boot order set correctly in the BIOS?

I believe you can set the boot order in terms of discs first, then you can set the partition priority for individual discs (something about UEFI or whatever).

Additionally, your use of the word "recovery" here might be incorrect. If you're installing Windows again, you'll need to start from scratch.

It is most likely a boot order problem or your USB is not created bootable.
