problem battery Powkiddy Q80

I bought 4 original Xiaomi BM20 batteries the same battery as the Powkiddy Q80 but I can't fit this battery to the device, what's wrong?

I think Droix have already responded to earlier emails saying they have never stocked the Powkiddy Q80 and referred you to the person who supplied that device to you. So it would probably be better to ask them about the correct batteries for the device.

Nigelar's correct. Unfortunately we can't really provide much info about the Powkiddy Q80, since we never stocked it.
