The link between the 1channel proxies and the primewire web site is broken. Thats why nothing works. In time hackers will update the proxies to point at the new web address. Until then use alternatives. It is possible to build your own proxy script. I did this successfully for 1channel but was eventually banned from the hosting company when they found out what i was doing.
