Hi all. I seem to be getting this message whenever I first boot up my T8s. Pressing back up few times gets rid of it but switch off and on again and it returns. Any ideas at all?

Go to the main droidbox site and use live chat and ask for Chris, he will hopefully sort this out..
When you get to the main site its the green box in the bottom corner with chat or message in. Good luck

I had this after a firmware update, I did as david says and they sorted it out in 5 min

Make sure you have "Quick Support" installed on your Apps. If not, you can get it from the Play store and it's by TeamViewer

Just used Live Chat on the main site and got this problem sorted in no time.
Once again, superb service and support from Droidbox who remotely sorted my T8s. Thank you.

Yep I have to say I was quite impressed with the speed in which they sorted it for me also
