Ota download fail

Updated my T8s on the 18th of October with the now pulled firmware, the new re release today 9th of Nov will not down load I just get a download fail message, what's the score , have you messed up my box with your earlier firmware ?

Have you tried going to setting "Two cogs" then apps, and look for the OTA updater. now click here and then force stop and then clear data. reboot the box that might fix this issue..

Thanks but that's not helped MDS error invalid download error still that's about 6 times now,
Not very impressed with Droid box and these last 2 firmware releases,

This is important - do you have the t8s or the t8s plus? Your first post says t8s.

Since the earlier firmware update 18th Oct ,
I've got choppy video,
dbmc hard crashing the box on all debris links,
kodi doesn't do this,
Salts failing on numerous things especially trakt,
Back grounds disappearing on aeon nox skin until restart

And now the inability to download the latest update
Going to send it them back as not fit for purpose I think

yes it will reset your box to factory default. then try and do the update, good luck mate

I'd like to thank Igor at droid box for his remote help today , finally running the latest firmware 1.07 and all seems good, awesome customer service
