My friend tried to buy a box yesterday. Order went through fine. Got the welcome email. Then half an hour later got another email saying that the order never passed security and the order had been closed. He has tried 9 times too ring about this but no one has answered. He has left messages and no one has got back to him. He is regretting ordering and i am regretting recommending the droidbox to him

Tried that. Lets see what happens. To be honest i think he is just going to forget it and go somewhere else.

The details he entered were rejected by the bank. Sometimes it can be the smallest of numbers that causes this failure. Can't pass on the exact area of failure. Thanks. He got sorted in the end. He was more annoyed that no one could / would talk to him tell him what had happened as the money had been taken. I managed to talk him round telling him how good the box is and hes re placed the order.
