Openelec shuts down with TV

Since the recent OTA update for my T8-S I find that if the box is booted into OpenELEC and I switch off my TV and Receiver, the T8-S goes into some sort of 'sleep state'. The Blue light stays on, but the clock display goes blank. Booted into Android it does not do this.
I suspect this is due to the CEC switching on the HDMI cable, Kodi settings indicates this is in:
System -> Settings -> System -> Input Devices -> Peripherals -> CEC adapter
But the Peripherals option is not available.
Any ideas anyone?

Have you tried looking in Openelec configuration in programs. Also when you switch off I aways switch back to android 1st then power off the box...or just power off in openelec 1st, noting when you turn on it will reboot into Openelec.
