Not connecting via Ethernet

I have an A95x Max which was working fine but over the last week I have encountered a couple of operating faults.
I cannot connect the Network signal via an Ethernet cable. I have change cables and eventually connected my X96Max_Plus via the cable from my router and this connects fine.
Another problems is with the Optical output. It was working fine then stopped working.
Again I have changed cables with no success and again I have connected my X96Max_Plus and everything on the output side is ok.
Any thoughts?

Honestly sounds like it could be a defective ethernet port. I'd advise contacting the original seller for further guidance (if it's us, reach out at [email protected]).
