Don't worry about the xbmc.. flash this to the box it's the Linux version of xbmc runs a lot better but you do lose the android side of things but we'll worth it

Yes turns in to link box but runs like a dream and the just use fusion to set xbmc up . And no you don't have the wizard you have to add it manually By adding this rar to sdcard

We're obviously happy for customers to help each other, however:
1) If you flash a 3rd party firmware to your device, the warranty is voided - if anything goes wrong during, or after the process, and you're not able to fix it yourself, you'd be charged for us working on it
2) I could be wrong, but it looks like that firmware is for an EM8, which is normally a square box, with a big blue LED at the front. Our M8 devices are rectangular with an LED displaying the time (or BOOT etc) on the front. If you flash the wrong firmware to a device, you can end up with a brick.

Also, can I double check that if you go to Videos > Add-ons , DroidBOX Wizard isn't listed there? There won't necessarily be a shortcut for it on the homescreen itself.
I gave up, as I said this is the second box I have got from amazon, the first was the cheaper rk3188 and it works brilliantly.
Asking me to try and reset anything? blind leading the blind. It will be faster for me to simply send it back to amazon and order a new box, thanks for help :0)
