Am I right in thinking that the WiFi is usually selectable within System - Settings, Internet Access?

When I click on the top option 'network connection' it just makes that swish noise but nothing happens.

I'm not sure what version I'm running, but it's one of the older stable ones (xbmc splash screen comes up in red and black).

Looking into now, one day I'll get a second iMX6 so I can have one permanently with the MCE firmware.
Will post back with more info, didn't want to leave you thinking we'd seen all the other threads and were just ignoring yours!

I reinstalled the MCE firmware (allstop?) and it asked me for my wifi password in the beginning as part of a wizard.

Got it working now, cheers

Spoke to soon, the WiFi is connected and I know it's working because lists are populating but nothing will buffer, just stays on 0%. Is there a simple fix to this?

I deleted the cache and that's seemed to help for the first video after, but anything I've watched after that the buffering is extra slow.

@Milsey - Can you go to XBMC's homescreen, then click on Programs, then AMLinux Configuration. Under the Network and Connections sub-menus, check the settings, then click on your WiFi's name and click delete. Then re-add it. Reboot the device, and see how things are. btw, I'm on the 160414 firmware, and under the System>Settings>Internet Access I don't have a network access entry - is it possible the firmware flash didn't complete on your device?
