No sound on my new T95Q

Hi All

I have bought this nice Box and hoped just to plug it in and use it. Unfortentyl it is not really working. During sturting up there is sound and I can hear it over my sound box but as soon as it is working there is no sound at all. No sound on movies or youtube.

I need help. How can I fix this?

You have reported a similar issue on a different box as well?

You could try going into the settings for your device and seeing if the sound is configured correctly. If not, is there any sound coming from your TV speakers in general when Youtube is playing?

hello my box already came with adroid 9.0 but I liked its rom and install it but it does not let me install the sip for the remote control or take wifi yet I did not probe with the t95Q box cable
