No device on PC connect

Hi all..
Got two RG-plus V2 ( ones with the analogue thumb pad )
Both won`t show as a device on two PCs..
Is that normal? The USB connection screen shows on the device.. but nothing on both PCs and various USB sockets. I wanted to back up the games before flashing the custom firmware..
Oh and holding B while powering it on doesn`t work!
Any ideas?

So I just realised that I have the old version ( going by the screen image ) So I can`t upgrade the OS on this vers??

The firmware does not support USB connections properly. To upgrade the firmware you would need to write the image to the internal SD card. You can upgrade the firmware by flashing the SD card on your PC, please check https://www.droidboxforums.com/thre...-and-ldk-series-custom-firmware-271019.18026/ for the firmware. Please remember to back up the original SD card before updating firmware.
