No Command prompt on my tv screen

Just had to download / install everything for the 100th time !!!
got to where is says remove power supply and then press ok !!!
done that, but may have hit cancel by mistake and now all i get is No Command on my tv screen !!!
any help will be very welcome

Turn the power off and then unplug the power from the back. Now press the restore button for your box and plug back in until the recovery menu comes up. Then clear cache to see if this will help, then reboot and try. If no luck do the same, but a factory reset might be need. All depends in what box you have.

Hi Dave have tried that, still shows "No Command" with a lying down andriod, by the way it is the X7 model if that helps cheers.

Hi Dave the x7 box will not do anything anymore will i need to replace it ? how do i do a factory reset if the thing wont go to any home screen ??

Have you tried the factory reset, if you have then you I'm not sure. Sometimes if you leave it, it might just reboot.
