We recently had our broadband moved to EE. We use a TX6 box and an older T8 (I think). We use them mostly for movies. Recently they have both developed a problem whereby the different movie streams are found but when one is clicked on, the box seems to do another stream search and then puts up a message saying no stream available. Its the same on both boses which would suggest its a problem with their broadband connection? Both are wired to the router. Both boxes initially worked fine after switching our broadband provider but now we cannot get anything to play. I have had alook at the router admin pages but am not really techy enough to try and give the boxes some sort of priority.
Any ideas
Thanks

Hey,
It sounds like your issue could be related to your new broadband provider rather than the TX6 and T8 boxes themselves, especially since both devices are experiencing the same problem. One possibility is that EE has some kind of content filtering, parental controls, or network-level restrictions enabled, which might be blocking access to certain movie streams.
You may want to check if EE has any "SafeGuard" or "Parental Controls" settings enabled. These can sometimes block streaming sources, even if they worked before. You can usually check and disable these by logging into your EE account online or through the EE router settings.
Try disabling any content filtering and then restart both your router and streaming boxes to see if that resolves the issue. Let me know if you need help with the steps!
