Need some help please

hi we've got the t8s box but every week the kodi is losing its program add on and we are having to reload it all the time can anyone please help

I have to ask an obvious question, which program addon are you referring to? Or are you talking about a build - a collection of Addons?

Yes the build, we've tried using a different builds but still does the same

I think I need a little bit more detail.
Which box do you have - you say t8s, but posted in the t8s plus section.
Which build is currently failing?
Are you using vanilla Kodi or DBMC (droidbox 's own flavour).
What version?
Exactly what happens when you open Kodi - what do you see?
If you can see the Kodi menu bar, (photos, videos, programs, weather etc) what do you see if you click on video - Addons?
As a matter of principle, how exactly do you exit kodi?

The usual suspicion is you have run out of space and need to do some clean up.
Failing that a factory reset may be needed.

If you can answer the above folks here may have a better chance of helping out.

Did you restart your box after the wizard finished, as this is how it installs. Some ask you to power off using the power supply.

Make sure you exit Kodi using the power button before u power down the box

yeah the power but helps.I used to change layout on skin and it wont save unless you shut down properly
