Good morning everyone I need someone's help please, I have a mxq pro 4K and one day it asked me to update the systems so I did that and it crashed my box it will no longer go past the m box screen and doing the reset button on the back of it does not work nor does the factory reset button work does anyone know how to fix this problem because I really do not want to have to buy a new box and I literally had only used this box for maybe 2 weeks before this happened if anyone knows how to fix this problem please help me I would very much appreciate it.
