Mxq Pro 4K only goes to logo. No restore button.

Hi I saw a thread where is happened to someone else. He was told to simply unplug and hit the restore button. On this model I can’t find a restore button at all. I turned it on and it just sits at the Mbox logo. I need help. Thanks to any and all help offered.

Depending which model you have, the reset button will be on the bottom of the device, the side of the device or inside the A/V port on the back. You can use a cocktail stick or similar for the first two. For the A/V port, something a little more blunt such as a matchstick will work great for locating the button. Gently push the matchstick in, and you should feel some resistance on one side, slowly press and hold it down while booting it.
