Hi

Please message us your order ID on [email protected] and we will move from there.

IT seems that your box broke for some reason,if you didnt done anything out of the ordinary,it seems that it was hardware failure .

Once you message us more details about the problem we will be able to provide more info!

Regards

He's asking for the numbers that appear on your invoice/bill when you bought the box off droidbox

He is trying to work out if you bought the droidbox either directly from droidbox or from an official reseller like amazon so they can offer support as a customer. If your box is not a droidbox, suggest you contact the ebay seller for support.

@Nigelar, Ouch!! Tough stance there bro, no disrespect but your coming across lately a bit like your admin or speaking on behalf of DB in an 'official' capacity and possibly driving future customers away, fair enough he maybe didn't buy from DB on THIS occasion but nothing to say he won't in future or recommend possible friends/family especially if he can at least get his current device working with the help of the community here at DB ;)
@Creeper1, as a rule and a good starting point it is helpful to post your exact device model number, the current firmware and android version you are running, what kodi version etc etc. The more specific device info and setup scenario the better for folks to try and help you okay :)

You might check the HDMI leads are fully inserted. Or try replacing them with another set. If that fails, maybe try another HDMI port on the tv.

@Katie Kelly You could try searching online for a "Recovery Firmware" or "Recovery Process" for your precise model name. If that doesn't help, and you don't have a warranty, you could very, very carefully open the case (don't blame me if something breaks please!) and look at the circuit board. If you find the names/numbers written on the biggest chips on the board you may find using that with the recovery search terms helps.
If you find one, you'll likely need a memory card to put some files on to. These type of processes are designed for boxes that appear to be dead but have their LED(s) on. No guarantee obviously, but worth a googling!
