M8S frozen in Miracast mode can the box be reset? Not DroidBOX

I have no response from my remote, screen cycling in miracast mode. How can i reset my box.

Batteries good in remote to start? What you screen casting go box also? Firmware etc?

Batteries all good unplugged the box and all the other connections, left overnight and restarted, no change still locked out. When plugged back in again the box reboots with blue circle spinning but then reverts to miracast/dnla screen shots.

Have you contacted the suppliers of your m8s box paulmixsee, to see if they can help you?

Yes have spoken to them ,they will fix or replace for me thanks
