Could someone please respond to this as I've had no response my email. I have tried the box again tonight and it is getting no further than saying boot. Bearing in mind how new the box is and the fact I have a 12 month warranty I would like a replacement box. Once this is received I will send the faulty one back to you. I am conscious that I will be without a box for some time unless this is resolved quickly and yo my satisfaction. I have had issues with the box since day 1 (as you an see by the various emails I have sent in over the past few weeks) and I need this sorting.
I have issues since the start. Power lead faulty, sent a replacement which was the wrong one, remote not working, crashing, playback poor and intermittent (nothing to do with my connection) and now this. Spent close to £80 and despite all of the fixes I can do myself nothing has worked so clearly the box is faulty

Having major issues with my m6. Intermittently manages to boot up to the launcher screen. Once I am on this screen I can't open xbmc or any apps for that matter. Tried to reset via the settings as shown on the forum but still not working. Tried using the xbmc helper / tool and one of these apps shows an error message on one lets me click restore but this doesn't solve anything.
Any other ideas other than getting a replacement?
