Kodi screen loop

I have only had my droid box T8-S plus a matter of minutes and for some reason when I got switch it on all I get is the Kodi logo in the centre of the screen on loop! I cannot get back to the main screen or to any screen beyond this point! Can someone please help?

Hi, If you have been using openelec your box will be re-booting back to openelec.
you will need to switch back to android, see if this video helps.

Hi, thanks but i cannot even get as far as the openelec screen it will not go beyond the flashing 'Kodi' logo when I initially start up the droid box :/ any thoughts?
