Hi,
I have an m8 box and when i switch it on it is coming up with a different screen alltogether, it is asking for an emergency call instead of the usual boxes that i can click on to get kodi, there is pics of a phone with miracast? Tried reconecting it but its coming up with the same screen and there is nothimg i can press to get out of it.

I think you will need to do a factory reset to resolve this. If it is a droidbox, nip over to the "how to" section from the main droidbox page for instructions on how to do this.

Hi,
Got the page up for factory reset but cannot click on anything its like everything is frozen, tried changing batteries in remote but still nothing happening , it has highlighted reboot system now but I cannot even get the mouse button to load so I could at least click on it,

Use the up and down volume buttons on original remote to navigate to wipe data and factory reset

Hi. If you have got one you could try using a usb computer mouse to navigate, to see if that will let you factory reset your box.
