I'm trying to understand why Kodi needs to update permissions every time I turn the box on. Why it cannot keep it in memory or update just any new ones. It makes the boot up process a lot longer and have to click on XBMC several times before it load up. Or is there something to enable/disable to combat this?

Kind regards

Somewhere over the rainbow
Hi, if you go to the SuperSU app in apps(android menu), go in and in the top corner click on the setting here and you can clear history.
Also you can unhighlight the reminder, so next time you boot up you don't get the pop up tell you its asking for permissions.
If I remember setting might be 3 dots in a line, hope this helps. Also if it take a few goes to get into Kodi, try clearing cache in storage. That in setting, other, more setting and then storage. Enjoy

Dave, in SuperSU all I can find is LOGS, no history. I did clear the logs but it's also set to clear its self every 3 days anyway.
I could not find "reminder" either in settings or under apps>Kodi 4 Droidbox. (this is in T8s)
I did manage to clear cache though :)
Any more ideas pointers would be welcome
Regards

Un-highlighted Show notifications. The only "Enable" under setting are:
Enable Superuser=ticked
Enable su during boot=unticked
Enable multi-user=unticked
No Enable permission warning

Yes, there is a lot to remember and we are lucky that you remember more than most of us :)
