Kodi 17.0.1 upgrade problems

Hi Guys,
I've been attempting to upgrade to Kodi Krypton 17.0.1 but having no joy. I downloaded the apk fie: Kodi-20170410-7f7f7e8-krypton-arm64-v8a.apk
But when I ran the downloaded file from App Installer, it runs for about 10 sec. then I get a error message...
X App not installed.
I tried another arm64 file:
Kodi-17.1-Krypton-arm64-v8a.apk
But got the same error message.
Could anyone help me please?

That's working fine now thanks sblabs, very impressed...
One thing that is confusing me is that when I launch the DroidBox Media Centre icon on the Home page, it opens the old version of Kodi even though I uninstalled the Kodi App.
I launch my Kodi 17.1 from the icon on the right of the screen on the Home Page.

DroidBOX Media Centre and Kodi are two different applications @Ray Barton

So updating the Kodi app won't touch the DBMC application, and vice versa.
