Hi how do I update to kodi 16.1 on my t8s thanks

It's still in beta(testing)stage.....I'd stay on 15.2 for a while. Longer...but if u really must u uninstall kodi then reinstall the new one....

Hello,
Uninstall the current version of Kodi and then install the Kodi 16.1 from the below link:

Here is how to uninstall Kodi:
From Home screen go into settings>other>more settings>Apps>Kodi.
Click on Kodi and then uninstall it.

Hi

Just to let you know that Kodi update does not relate to Kodi add ons update.

Those two are different things,and new add ons and add ons update is going through add on wizard that you chose to use,not through Kodi itself.

If you are experiencing some Kodi problems at the moment and want bug fixes,or simply want some new feature that is maybe already available as an extension for Kodi 15.2,please let us know!
