Hi have T8-plus box is they a version of jarvis 16 available yet or is it still in the development stage? As i can not seem to find it? Thanks.

For android Jarvis Kodi 16.0 is available in Google play.
There is also droid boxes version (dbmc) in the how - to page.
Don't know if it is available on openelec yet.

But when I do go via play store it sa it's already upto date/installed but cannot jarvis 16 anywhere saying that is installed only 15.2 if you know what i mean ?

If you wish to install Kodi 16 then try to first uninstall Kodi 15.2 from your device and then sign in into PlayStore and install Kodi 16(Jarvis).
Also DroidBOX has released new version of DBMC (DBMC 16 based on Kodi) which you can download from the below link:
