Issues - Delay - Volume - Dead Pixel

Hi there.

I got some issues with my new RG 350. Firmware: 3.12.0 from Okt. 27. 2019

The left analog stick has a significant delay in/at the input. Sometimes more than 1 second.
I tried 'Zelda - a Link to the Past' and 'Parodius' on the SNES Emlulator and 'Zelda - a Link to the past' on the GBA.

Is there a way to set the volume permanently. After every start, it resets the volume. But that's too loud for me.

It looks like I have 1 dead pixel right in the middle of the screen. Does this happen more often? Is it worth replacing the device or should I accept it?

Could you go to applications menu and try the Input Tester apps there to check the input lag. Is there any noticeable difference still?

Try changing the volume on the home screen and see if this transfers in to when emulators are run. I am fairly sure it saves the volume setting.
