issue with jap games

hi everyone, i'm new here, i just bought the anbernic rg 351v.
everything perfect except one detail: I noticed that it does not run games of Japanese origin such as jumping flash or final fantasy 8 returning a red error message on the screen.. any idea or suggestion?

And when you say "Japanese origin", are you referring to the version of the game? Or do you literally mean "games that were developed in Japan"?

yes i mean games made by japanese companies... maybe is just a coincidence
i'll share the screen error when i return to home

I've honestly never heard of such an error on any emulator.

I can only assume that perhaps the files you're using are corrupt or otherwise incorrect in some way. It'd be a good idea to try sourcing from elsewhere (I can't say where unfortunately).

Do i have to Know anything about settings or tricks to run almost every game? (Psx First)

Not really. About 99% of games are just find the game, find the BIOS for the console (if necessary) and play.

For a very small minority of games you might need to peek into the settings to optimize things, but the vast majority of PSX titles run out-of-the-box on the ANBERNIC third-gen devices.
